Terms of Use

1. Who we are

HowToMakeMoneyOnSnapchat.com (the "Service") is provided by NetNet Partners LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("we", "us"), 5850 South 300 West #E13, Murray, UT 84107, United States. Contact: hello@howtomakemoneyonsnapchat.com.

2. Agreement

These terms apply to the website, the REST API at /v1, the MCP server at /mcp, the feeds, and any API key we issue. By using any of them you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, or through an AI agent or application you operate, you accept these terms for that organization, agent, or application. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Independence from Snap Inc.

The Service is an independent third party. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Snap Inc. Snapchat, Spotlight, and related names are trademarks of Snap Inc. We use them only to describe the subject of the information we publish. Nothing on the Service is an invitation to, or a decision about, any Snap program, and nothing here is a statement by Snap.

4. What the Service provides

The Service keeps three kinds of output separate:

Facts: Snap's published monetization requirements and their history. Each fact cites the Snap page it came from and the date we last checked it. Facts we could not confirm from Snap's own pages are labeled unverified.

Calculations: math on the metrics you or your agent supply, such as whether those metrics meet Snap's published criteria, the gap to each criterion, and the daily pace needed to close it. Calculations are only as accurate as the inputs you supply.

Recommendations: suggestions labeled as ours, with their assumptions stated.

Eligibility Watch: with a trial, a paid plan, or a complimentary key, you can save the metrics you supply, and we show trends, projected dates to reach Snap's published thresholds, and what a published rule change means for your saved metrics. Unlike the free calculators, Eligibility Watch needs a trial or paid plan on the website, the API, and the MCP server. Projected dates are calculations on your saved metrics, not predictions.

We do not access, log in to, or look up any Snapchat account, and we do not collect metrics from Snapchat. A result saying your numbers "meet the published criteria" does not mean you will be invited to or paid by any Snap program. Snap decides who is invited and who is paid.

5. Not professional advice

The Service is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, accounting, or business advice, and it does not create a professional relationship. Check Snap's own terms and help pages, and talk to a qualified professional, before making decisions that depend on them.

6. No earnings claims

We do not promise or predict that you will earn any money. We do not publish income estimates, and any figures, paces, projected dates, or scenarios we show are calculations or projections based on your inputs, not predictions. Earnings from any Snap program depend on Snap's decisions, Snap's rules, your content, your audience, and factors outside anyone's control. You may earn nothing.

7. Accuracy and changes to Snap's rules

Snap changes its programs, requirements, and pages without notice to us. We check Snap's pages regularly and show the date each fact was last verified, but information can be out of date, incomplete, or wrong between checks. When Snap's pages and our Service disagree, Snap's pages control. Please report errors to hello@howtomakemoneyonsnapchat.com.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in violation of any law, or of Snap's terms, guidelines, or policies;
• get around rate limits, for example by rotating IP addresses or keys, or send traffic meant to degrade the Service;
• probe, scan, or test the Service's security, or access anything you are not authorized to access, including other people's API keys;
• share, sell, or publish an API key, or use a key issued to someone else;
• present our output as coming from, or endorsed by, Snap Inc., or remove the non-affiliation notice when you republish our facts;
• use the Service to mislead creators about their chances of being invited or paid, or to sell "guaranteed" access to any Snap program;
• send content designed to manipulate the Service or other users' AI agents (for example, prompt-injection text in tool inputs);
• copy the Service wholesale to build a substitute data set, other than normal caching allowed in section 10.

We may block, throttle, or suspend access that breaks these rules or puts the Service at risk.

9. API, MCP, and API keys

When paid plans are offered, get_monetization_requirements and get_rule_changes can be called with no API key, at a low daily limit per IP address. Calling the other tools through the API or the MCP server requires an API key with a trial, an active plan, or a complimentary key. The calculators on the website are free to use. The current list of tools is at /docs and /openapi.json. A free key that is not on a paid plan does not grant access to those other tools. Removing the key leaves the two fact tools available at the daily limit. We store keys only as a one-way hash, so we cannot recover a lost key; keep yours secret. If your key is on a paid plan, you can replace it, or ask us for a replacement link sent to your checkout email; the old key then stops working (see section 13). Some tools save data: the Eligibility Watch save tool stores the metrics you send. The other tools only calculate or look up published rules. We may change limits, revoke keys, or change or retire endpoints. We will not lower a paid plan's rate limit during a period you have already paid for. We version the API (/v1) and aim to announce breaking changes on this site before making them, but we do not guarantee availability of any endpoint.

10. Attribution when you reuse our data

You may display, cache, and reuse facts and calculations from the Service in your own apps and agents, if you:

• credit the Service, for example "Source: HowToMakeMoneyOnSnapchat.com", with a link where your medium allows;
• keep each fact's Snap source link and verified date when you show the fact, and keep the FACT / CALCULATION / RECOMMENDATION labels distinct;
• do not state or imply that Snap Inc. or we endorse your product;
• refresh cached facts at least as often as our published cache headers allow, and show the rules version or verified date when you show a requirement.

11. Your information

Our Privacy notice explains what we record when you use the Service and how long we keep it. Do not send personal information that a tool does not ask for. Do not enter age or birthdate; the tools only ask whether you meet the age requirement.

If you save metrics in Eligibility Watch, the Privacy notice explains what we keep and for how long. Do not put a Snapchat username, password, or other personal details in a profile nickname. If you save metrics for a creator other than yourself, you confirm that the creator is an adult and has agreed. You are responsible for the security of any webhook address you give us.

12. Intellectual property

We own the Service's software, design, and original text, and our compilation of facts. Snap's trademarks and Snap's own text belong to Snap Inc. Apart from the reuse allowed in section 10, these terms do not give you any right to our intellectual property.

13. Paid plans, free trials, and billing

Plans. We offer:

• Personal: US $4.99 per month, with an API rate limit of 1,200 requests per minute.
• Pro: US $19 per month, with an API rate limit of 3,000 requests per minute.
• Credit packs: US $10 per 1,000 API calls. This is a one-time purchase. It does not renew and has no free trial.

Prices do not include sales tax. Where tax applies, it is shown at checkout before you pay.

Free trial and automatic renewal. Personal and Pro start with a 14-day free trial. You must enter a card at checkout, and you are charged $0 that day. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan renews automatically and the card is charged the plan price (plus any tax) when the trial ends and then every month, until you cancel. You get one free trial per customer. Before your trial ends, we will email a reminder to the address you gave at checkout. If we change a plan's price, we will tell you before the new price applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first.

How to cancel. You can cancel online at any time in the billing portal. Open it from /billing, or by calling POST /v1/billing/portal with your API key. You can also email hello@howtomakemoneyonsnapchat.com from the email you used at checkout. Never send us your API key secret. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged. If you cancel later, your paid access lasts until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Who sells your plan. Payments are handled by Stripe Managed Payments. Link, a Stripe company, is the seller (merchant of record) for your purchase, and checkout says "Sold through Link." At checkout you agree to Link's terms and privacy policy. Those cover the payment. These terms cover your use of the Service. Link and Stripe collect your payment details, charge sales tax, screen for fraud, and send receipts.

Your API key and the billing portal. Paid plans and credit packs are attached to an API key. There are no user accounts. Your API key secret is shown only once, on the page you see after checkout. Save it then, because we store only a hash and cannot show it to you again (see section 9). If you lose it, we can issue a replacement after you confirm you control the email used at checkout; your plan and Eligibility Watch data move to the new key and the old key stops working. In the billing portal you can update your card, see invoices, change plans, and cancel.

Eligibility Watch. Personal includes Eligibility Watch for one creator profile. Pro and complimentary keys include up to five profiles and one webhook. A free trial includes Watch at the limits of the plan you are trialing. Credit packs and free keys do not include Watch. You can save up to 100 times a day. If you move from Pro to Personal, extra profiles become read-only; you can still export or delete them. If a payment is failing, or for 30 days after your plan ends, you can still export or delete your Watch data but not add to it. After those 30 days it is deleted.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it automatically. Until your card is updated, paid access stops, and paid requests get an HTTP 402 response.

Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund. If you were charged in error, email us within 30 days.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR CURRENT.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST EARNINGS, LOST DATA, OR DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US $50. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

16. Indemnity

If you use the Service in breach of these terms or the law, and a third party makes a claim against us because of that use, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, to the extent the law allows.

17. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms, or change or discontinue the Service, with or without notice. Sections 5, 6, 7, 12, 14, 15, 16, 19 and 20 survive termination.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version at /terms with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes we will give at least 14 days' notice on this page before they take effect, unless a change is required by law or needed to address abuse or security. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

19. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

20. General

These terms, the Privacy notice, and the plan details shown at checkout are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms; we may transfer them in connection with a sale or reorganization of the Service.
